Participate Learning’s Dual Language (DL) Mastery Program offers professional learning pathways for teachers and administrators designed to build strong, sustainable dual language programs. Each pathway focuses on a specific area of practice and includes multiple start dates.

Administrator Pathways

Administrator pathways provide school and district leaders with a structured learning experience to support dual language program planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Dual Language Foundations

Learn the foundational elements of dual language programs and how to define success, support effective instruction, and foster shared vision among your team.

Instructional Leadership in Dual Language

Each teacher pathway is designed to help dual language teachers reflect on and improve classroom practice while building a shared understanding of DL best practices across the district.

Build a shared understanding of what makes dual language programs successful and how teachers can implement the three pillars of DL in daily practice. Ideal for both new and experienced DL teachers.
