Dual language program support

Participate Learning partners with school organizations to build dual language programs that create an authentic and immersive language learning experience for students. A team of program managers, instructional specialists, and support staff work together to provide each school and district with the resources needed to launch a successful dual language program.

Programmatic support

From the very beginning, Participate Learning works closely with each district to determine a plan for onboarding and program implementation that meets the needs of each school and community. Once a program begins, Participate Learning program managers conduct regular in-person site visits, in addition to video conferencing and calls to troubleshoot implementation.

Instructional support

Program managers partner with school leaders to monitor teacher performance, mentor and coach educators, and provide access to online professional development for improved, effective performance.

In-person training

During their first year, all of our dual language ambassadors complete two, on-site dual language-specific trainings to develop mastery in teaching practices that will lead to their success. Individual coaching is also available to all of our dual language educators.

Online training

We firmly believe that professional development opportunities should be accessible to all of our dual language ambassadors to improve their skills and should continue over time. Communities of Practice are available to all program partners. Our exclusive professional learning platform offers downloadable resources, live webinars, and courses to earn digital badges.
